Eric T. Hartnett, Esq.

Eric graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelors degree in Legal Studies in 2000. He continued his educational pursuits by attending the University of Santa Clara School of Law where he
received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2004. While attending law school, Eric was a semi-finalist in Santa Clara's Honors Moot Court competition and was also selected to compete nationally.

Eric has extensive law and motion practice experience in business litigation, as well as trial experience. Eric's clients include homeowners, real estate professionals and their clients, as well as construction professionals.

Eric is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and in all federal courts in the Northern District of California.
